Hi, I’m Zemirah

I help adult students, parents, and professionals with ADHD identify barriers to success in their home, work, and personal lives and work with them to create personalized solutions

My Approach

Collaborative

I believe in the power of collaboration to find solutions. As an extension of your team, I immerse myself in your vision and goals. I work closely with you to help you understand what your ADHD is doing behind the scenes to cause difficulty and help you create solutions to improve.

Newly Diagnosed

If you are newly diagnosed with ADHD you may be feeling overwhelmed, frustrated, relieved, confused, and probably have so many questions. I will help you make sense of everything and get you started with resources to help educate you and start your own process so you can thrive with ADHD.

Who I work with

Students

I work with students pursuing college, trade/technical, and professional degrees to help you implement strategies for your educational success.

Note- if you are in the metro-Detroit area I may meet in person depending on location

Adult professionals

I work with adult professionals of all ages who may be struggling with task initiation, task completion, organization, time management, overwhelm and host of other issues.

Parents and Caregivers

I work with parents and caregivers struggling to maintain self-care among all the responsibilities to help them stay productive and reduce burnout
